The City Commissioners adopted resolutions mounting the death of Felix Fuld (###) and vice-president of L. Bamberger & Co, and ordered the flags on all (###) buildings placed at half-mast for thirty days in respect to his memory. This is the first time that half-mashing the (###) was ordered for a private citizen Mr. Fuld had always declined to stand for public office.

In the resolution of the City Commissioners in was declared that Felix Fuld was numbered among Newark’s greatest cities; for nearly two-score years be was (###) for this being degree of (###) within be (###) to his (###) in (###)(###)(###).
