Cultural and religious activities among the Jewish students of the University of Georgia have been given new impetus by the recent annual contribution granted for this work by the Fifth District of B’nai B’rith.

A team has been selected to debate the Hillel Foundation in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Friday evening.

Edward M. Kahn, executive director of the Federation of Jewish Charities, has been named first vice-president of the Georgia Conference on Social Work. Miss Rhoda Kaufman, secretary of the Family Welfare Society, is a member of the executive committee.
