Nicholas W. Rosenberg, District Attorney of Uniontown, committed suicide Saturday afternoon. He was found dead in his office Saturday afternoon, following a conference with associates.
It was said that his act was due to the strain under which he was laboring during the investigation of the slaying of John F. Donohue, a former constable. He is said to have indicated he contemplated suicide.
