Nine persons were injured, including two policemen, as clashes between striking Histadruth workers and Revisionists employed at the Frumin Biscuit factory were renewed today.
Twelve persons were arrested. Two of the injured were removed to the hospital in a serious condition.
Seven persons were injured yesterday in the clashes which resulted when the Histadruth workers objected to the employment of Revisionists in a factory against which they were striking.
Clashes between the Histadruth and the newly formed Revisionist Labor Union have been constant for the past two weeks. Despite a pledge given that hostilities would be held in abeyance for at least a month, they broke out in severe form yesterday, continuing today.
The Palestine press is indignant at the repetition of the clashes.
