Nine Israeli educators and social workers, who have been awarded fellowships for study in the United States by the National Council of Jewish Women, were given a reception today by Social Welfare Minister Josef Burg prior to their departure for America.
The recipients and their special fields of study are: Yonathal Gali, high school administration; Yitzhak Genegar, special education; Miss Sarita Leibovici, psychiatric social work; Jacob Kellner, graduate study; Avinoam Kaplan, natural sciences teaching; Mrs. Alissa Missyorik, child guidance; Miss Bracha Sieradski, psychiatric studies; and Mordechai Tzur and Dr. Meir Shapira, vocational training.
