Rep. Elizabeth Holtzman (D.N.Y.) today asked President Nixon to express his concern to the Soviet authorities over the imprisonment of Jan Krylsky, 26, in a Soviet mental institution and request that he be reunited in Israel with his father. Julius Krylsky, a 71-year-old engineer. In a letter to Nixon. Congresswoman Holtzman said that the young Krylsky has been confined since Jan. 1972 on a charge of “militant Zionism.” The elder Krylsky has been in Israel since last Nov. Miss Holtzman sent materials on the case to the President.
