United Nations envoy Gunnar V. Jarring met with Israel’s UN Ambassador Yosef Tekoah in New York last night but apparently neither party gave ground on the subject of Dr. Jarring’s controversial aide memoire to Israel of Feb. 8,1971, it was learned from reliable sources here tonight. No further meetings have been scheduled between the two diplomats. The UN envoy will spend the Easter holidays with his family in Moscow.
