A demand for urgent international action to force cancellation of the Moroccan ban on organized emigration by Jews was voiced here today at an emergency meeting of the North African Immigrants Association.
Delegates to the meeting expressed fear that the ban would permanently separate families some of whose members have reached Israel and some of whom are still in the Arab state. Representatives of the organization will meet with Premier David Ben Gurion and Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett to discuss action against the ban.
