No Harbor for Tel-aviv Says Cunliffe-lister

The proposal made by the Tel-Aviv municipality to establish a small harbor at Tel-Aviv was rejected by Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, under-Secretary for the Colonies. He declared it was necessary first to consolidate the Jaffa Harbor.
