There is no danger of a Hitlerist Coalition Government in Prussia, as a result of Sunday’s elections, a number of election experts declared to the J.T.A. to-day.
There are 420 seats in the Prussian Parliament, and of these the Hitlerists are expected to obtain 140, and the German Nationals 35. The Communists, who stand outside the Republican Coalition, are expected also to obtain 35 seats. The various Republican Parties, from the Christian Socialist Party to the Social Democratic Party, are expected to obtain 210 seats, as many as all the others put together, and a Republican Grand Coalition would in that case be able to keep the present Braun-Severing Cabinet in power.
