There is no unemployment among Arabs living in Israel, representatives of the Ministry of Interior reported today at a meeting of the parliamentary subcommittee on Arab affairs. On the contrary, the report said, the 165,000 Arab citizens of the Jewish state are enjoying prosperity by selling their agricultural products at high prices.
The subcommittee was told that Arab workers in Israel receive the same pay as Jewish workers and are furthermore eligible to the same health and education services of the government enjoyed by Jewish workers.
