Non-governmental organizations interested in migration opened today their fifth international conference here to discuss problems concerning non-discrimination in immigration policies and the needs of migrants for more adequate legal assistance. Sixty voluntary agencies from various countries, including Jewish agencies engaged in migration work, are attending the conference. The conference is expected to recommend to the governments of the world that they ease the admission of immigrants.
