Four firms conducted by non-Jews have contributed funds to help the construction of a new synagogue here, it was announced today by Rabbi Henrique Lemle, of the German-Jewish Community here. The new temple, said Rabbi Lemle, will be a modern structure with seating capacity for 1,000 worshipers.
