Israel Minister to Argentina Yaakov Tsur, who is in this country to attend the installation of Chile’s new President, Gen. Carlos Ibanez del Campo, has conferred on United Nations matters with Garcia Oldini, the new Foreign Minister, and with the new Chilean representative to the U.N. Yesterday, Mr. Tsur visited the “Republic of Israel” school here, which is attended by non-Jewish children, who greeted him by singing Hatikvah.
