North American Jewish youth groups on summer programs say they will stay in Israel despite escalating violence. “At this critical point in time for the State of Israel and the Jewish people, we the Jewish youth movements and Israel Experience providers from all across North America, responsible for more than 5,000 Jewish teenagers who are traveling in Israel this summer, want to let the North American Jewish community know that our participants are in very safe hands and are continuing to have the experience of a lifetime,” said the letter.
