Norwegian Jewish leaders hailed a decision by the nation’s Parliament to create a $58 million Holocaust fund. Some $26 million of that total will be given to Jewish victims of the Nazis, with the remaining $32 million earmarked for various projects, including the creation of a Holocaust studies center in Norway.
