A distinguished gathering of diplomats, statesmen and Jewish leaders attended the memorial service yesterday afternoon at the Reform Temple for the late Lady Reading. Among those present were the American ambassador Charles G. Dawes and Mrs. Dawes, and the Polish, Austrian, French and Belgian ambassadors. Others present were Lord Lloyd, Lord Carson, Viscount Gotchen, Sir Samuel Instone, Viscount Burnham, Henry Mond, James Rothschild, L. G. Montefiore and ladies, and Lady Asquith, Lord Beaverbrook, Sir John Simon, Lord Crewe and Miss Lloyd George.
