Viscount Cecil, Lord Balfour’s cousin, Leopold Amery, M. P., Mrs. Philip Snowden, Col. Josiah Wedgwood, Dr. Chaim Weizmann, Nahum Sokolow and Lord Melchett, who returned yesterday from South Africa, will be the principal speakers at a demonstration being arranged for next Tuesday in Albert Hall by the English section of the Jewish Agency in honor of the memory of Lord Balfour.
