Albert S. Lavenson of this city, has donated $50,000 to Mills College, Oakland, the only woman’s college on the Pacific Coast. The gift will be used for the erection of a Music Building and bears no conditions whatsoever. Mr. Lavenson is president of Temple Sinai.
