A protest against anti-Jewish agitation in certain Czechoslovakian and German newspapers was voiced here by Dr. Angelo Goldstein, parliamentary deputy and one of the leaders of the Prague Jewish community.
Dr. Goldstein, who declared he was protesting not only as a representative of the Jewish people but also as a defender of the democratic state, lodged his complaint with the Constitution Committee of Parliament.
Minister of Justice, Dr. Ivan Derer replied that he would protect to the full extent of the law all persons and groups subjected to attack because of nationality, religion or race. He is taking all necessary measures for such protection, Minister Derer said.
