An official delegation of the European Parliament, invited to Israel by the Knesset, will arrive in Israel next Sunday for eight days. The delegation will be headed by Jean Duvieusart, president of the European Parliament and a former Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Belgium.
The delegation members include seven Christian Democrats, four Socialists, three Liberals and one non-party member. They include three Belgians, two from Luxembourg, four French, three Dutch, two Germans and one Italian. In addition to the members of the European Parliament, the delegation will include three administrative members.
