Officials of the Foreign Ministry will not attend a reception Tuesday evening in honor of visiting Norwegian Foreign Minister Svenn Stray. But no slight is intended. A new work rule for Foreign Ministry staff at home and abroad which went into effect Tuesday does not require them to work after 6 p.m. Stray is in Israel on a four-day official visit.
