FINKEL, DIRECTOR OF THE AMERICAN FRIENDS OF THE HEBREW UNIVERSITY. MR. LOWINGER’S WILL, DATED DEC. 11, 1936, PROVIDES THAT HIS ENTIRE ESTATE BE TURNED OVER FOR THE USE OF THE HEBREW UNIVERSITY EXCEPT FOR $2,000 BEQUEATHED TO THE JEWISH COMMUNITY OF HIS NATIVE TOWN OF PAPA, HUNGARY.
