On Sunday evening, April 1, the Hebrew Teachers’ Union will sponsor a concert at the Rand School, 7 East Fifteenth street. The Program will include piano selections by Miss Lillian Kimmel, dramatic readings by Abraham Lutzky and songs by Miss Helen Schneiderman and Cantor Weis. Emanuel Edelstein is chairman of arrangements for the dance that will follow.
