One Israeli soldier was killed and seven others wounded Saturday when Hezbollah gunmen attacked their patrol in the southern Lebanon security zone. At least three of the gunmen were killed, the Israeli army said in a statement. The body of the dead soldier, Nikolai Rappaport, 23, is to be flown back to Russia for burial, at the request of his family.
