Jacob Sandlaufer, a locksmith, was shot and killed here last night and Abraham Wilenski was seriously wounded in a shooting affray in the sports club of the right wing Poale Zion.
Wilenski, who was removed to a hospital, was placed under arrest by the police.
Poale Zion officials, in a statement to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, declared that the affair was an “unfortunate accident and had no political significance whatever.”
