“only Beginning,” Streicher Warns; Predicts New Drive on Jews

“As far as dealing with the Jews is concerned, we are only at the very beginning,” Julius Streicher, high priest of German anti-Semitism, declared in a public address here today.

Forecasting a new campaign against the Jews in Germany, the publisher of Der Stuermer and friend of Chancellor Hitler asserted:

“Those who believe we solved the Jewish problem with the Nuremberg laws deserve to be laughed at. As long as a single Jew is left we have to deal with the Jewish question. Anyone who assumes there is such a thing as a single decent Jew understands nothing of the Jewish problem.”
