The Central Soviet Executive has approved the conversion of the Trubner synagogue in Moscow into a hotel for demobilized soldiers of the Red Army. Your correspondent learns that this approval was given in order to save the Choral synagogue from conversion by arguing that two synagogues were already converted last week and that therefore more conversions are impossible. Moscow now has but five synagogues.
