Chief Rabbi Dr. Paul Holzer of the British Zone, has rededicated the only Jewish house of worship in this capital city of the German Federal Republic. The synagogue had been renovated with the financial assistance of the North Rhine Westphalian state. With only 50 seats, the tiny synagogue, located in two rooms at the rear of a furniture store owned by the head of the local Jewish community, easily accommodates the small congregation which worships only on holidays and the first Sabbath of each month.
