A reception in honor of Lord Dudley Mariey, British statesman and liberal who has been touring the country in behalf of the German-Jewish refugees, was held last night at Hot 1 Astor under the auspices of the Poeples’ ORT Federation and the Women’s American ORT.
Among the speakers at the reception, of which Mrs. Florence R. Dolowitz was chairman, were Dr. Henry Moskowitz, Louis B. Boudin and Herman Bernstein, editor of the Jewish Daily Bulletin.
Lord Mariey returns to Enlgand today on the Manhattn.
