Education Minister Zalman Arranne announced today the signing of an agreement between the Ministry and ORT under which the organization has agreed to double the capacity of its vocational schools within the next five years. The number of pupils in such schools is expected to reach 50,000 by the end of that period. ORT now operates trade and vocational schools in 31 cities and towns throughout Israel, including three-year and four-year vocational high schools.
