Orthodox Jewish groups want the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a ruling allowing Connecticut to exclude the Boy Scouts from a charity fund-raiser because the group discriminates against gays. Agudath Israel and the Orthodox Union joined a “friend of the court” brief last week asking for a reversal of the ruling by a U.S. appeals court upholding Connecticut’s decision.
