Orthodox rabbis in the United States have established a council to enlist the support of Orthodox Jewish religious groups in the United States in behalf of the United Palestine Appeal it was announced here today. The council called upon Orthodox Jewish congregations throughout the country to dedicate the Passover holiday which begins at sundown on Wednesday to appeals for the U. P. A., the announcement said.
