Oscar Kohn, known as “the king of the textile industry ” in pre-war Poland, died here yesterday at the age of 88. One of the most prominent industrialists in Poland before the Nazi occupation of that country, he came to this country 15 years ago. He bequeathed his house and 1, 000, 000 pesos to the Jewish National Fund. He also provided generous bequests for local Jewish activities.
