Outbreak of Scabies in Cyprus Camp for Jews Attributed to Poor Sanitary Facilities

An outbreak of scabies in one of the internment camps for visaless Jewish immigrants on Cyprus which infected 500 of 1,800 internees is now under control, it was learned here today. The spread of the disease was attributed to inadequate bathing facilities and to delayed arrival of medical supplies.
