The United Nations Palestine Conciliation Commission will present a five-point program next week to Israel and Arab delegates attending the peace conference here, it was learned today. Formal meetings of the Commission-sponsored talks will be resumed tomorrow.
It has become clear here that the Commission supports the Israeli viewpoint that the conference here must seek a broad, overall peace settlement with the Arabs, rather than confine the talks to isolated issues like that of the Palestine Arab refugees.
