A conference of 130 advisers in the Palestine bureaus of the Zionist organization throughout the Reich, was held in Berlin today for the purpose of fixing the distribution of the thousand immigration certificates allotted for German Jews by the Palestine Government. The certificates are for immigrants who can qualify as artisans and laborers.
The advisers also considered the possibility of Palestine child and youth immigration and the questions of the exporting of funds, money transfers and taxes as these questions affect emigrants to Palestine and their ability to take some of their possessions with them.
