An Arab labor delegation from Palestine is expected to attend the international trade-union conference which is to be held in London in the Spring, in order to present the demands of Arab workers and, also, “to serve the Arab national cause,” it was indicated here today.
The “Mishmar,” organ of the left-wing Hashomer Hazair, reports that the Labor Department of the Palestine Government and representatives of Arab trade unions have conferred concerning the sending of such a delegation. The newspaper says that influential Arab labor circles are of the opinion that the delegation’s presence in London would further the Arab cause, generally.
