The Supreme Court today ruled that the Government was within its rights in imposing curfew on sections of the Holy Land to cope with the disorders.

The court also ruled for the Government in the habeas corpus proceeding brought by counsel for Hassan Sidky Dajany, Arab leader, deciding it had not exceeded its authority in placing him as well as other Arab leaders in the concentration camp at Sarafand.

The authorities yesterday ordered Ibrahaim Darwich, a municipal councillor of Jerusalem, taken to the concentration camp at Sarafand.
