Validity of Palestine immigration certificates under the last schedule expiring in March has been extended to June 30, the Jewish Agency for Palestine announced today, following negotiations with the Palestine authorities. More than 4,000 certificates are affected by the extension.
Because of wartime difficulty in obtaining transportation, many of the holders of certificates found it impossible to reach Palestine within the allotted time.
