The Palestine Government has invited 15,000 laborers from Egypt to come here to build a series of public works, it was reported in the press today.
The report said that the Egyptian Government is planning to send a special committee to Jerusalem to examine the conditions under which the Egyptians will have to work.
The Hebrew University here today learned that a movement has been started in Algiers to establish a Hebrew chair in the Algiers university. The Hebrew University will be asked to assist in the necessary arrangements.
