The Central Committee of the Histadruth, the Jewish Federation of Labor, at its session today paid tribute to Morris C. Feinstone, American Jewish labor leader who died last week in New York from a heart attack. The memory of Mr. Feinstone was also honored last night at the 15th session of the Assefath Hanivcharim, the Jewish National Assembly of Palestine.
The services rendered by Mr. Feinstone to the Jewish labor movement in America and to the upbuilding of Palestine were emphasized by the speakers at the two gatherings here. The Histadruth cabled messages of condolence to the family and to the United Hebrew Trades in New York of which Mr. Feinstone had been the executive head for many years.
