A travelling industrial exhibition, which has been arranged jointly by the Jewish Agency and the Jewish Industrial Association, will leave in May for a tour of Cyprus, Lebanon and Syria, it was announced today. A similar exhibit will visit Egypt, the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan and Ethiopia.
The corner stone for a center of “Demographic and Sociological Studies” was laid today in the colony of Kfar Ruppin to mark the 68th birthday of the late Dr. Arthur Ruppin, Zionist agricultural expert, and the first anniversary of his death.
