The Jewish National Council of Palestine today announced the names of an eleven-man delegation which is to represent Palestine Jewry at the forthcoming world Jewish conference which is scheduled to open in New York on November 12 under the auspices of the World Jewish Congress. The delegation, which includes representatives of all major political groups within the Jewish community, consists of.
Eliaha Golomb, Dr. Bernard Joseph, Beba Idelson and Yehuda Bula of the Mapai, the Palestine Labor Party; Rabbi Jacob Fishman of the Mizrachi; Dr. Yeshayau Wolfsberg of the poale Mizrachi; Mendel Singer of the Mapai’s Group B. Moshe Ben Tov of the Hashomer Hazer; Dr. Nathan Feinberg of the General Zionists A; Dr. Siegfried Moses of the Aliya Chadasha; and Zerubavel of the Left Poale Zion.
All delegates have agreed to abide by the following instructions which were drawn up by the Council at a meeting last week; 1. The delegation will act as a unit concerning all problems of Zionist policy; 2. The delegation will present the Zionist program as it has been formulated by the supreme Zionist bodies and approved by the Council and National Assembly; 3 All votes and statements will be issued on behalf of the entire delegation with no delegates abstaining or dissenting; 4. No individual action may be taken by delegates which is not in accordance with the above instructions.
