Palestine Liberation Organization leader Yasir Arafat is expected to visit Belgium next month, according to a Kuwaiti newspaper report. The Belgian Foreign Ministry, which last week met with Faruk Kodumi, the PLO’s political director, has refused to deny of confirm the report.
