An agricultural bank with a $2,000,000 capital will be formed by the Palestine government to promote agriculture chiefly among the Arabs in Palestine, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned here today.

A number of banks having branches in Palestine will participate in the project, it was stated. The Banco di Roma of Italy, Barclays Bank of England and the Ottoman Bank of Turkwey will be among the firms financing the project.
