The Congress of the League of Nations Unions opens here tomorrow. The Palestine League of Nations Union will be represented by Mayor Dizengoff of Tel Aviv, Dr. Leo Motzkin, and Dr. N. Feinberg. The agenda contains last years Palestine resolution introduced by the Argentinian Union and a new suggestion to be submitted by the Palestine Union.
