The treasurer of the Palestine Government, William Joseph Johnson, will proceed to London on July 7 in connection with the 2,000,000 pound loan for Palestine to be raised in London in connection with the French report on the development of Palestine, it was learned today.

Efforts to have the Jewish observations on the French report annexed to it in its official publication, have proven unavailing, and the Jewish Agency for Palestine is expected to issue its observations simultaneously with the French report, and independently. Whether the Arab Executive will follow this course could not be ascertained.

The French report, prepared by Lewis French, Director of Development, is known to follow generally the lines of the Simpson report which aroused an indignant storm of protest in Jewish circles.
