Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat is slated to meet with President Clinton on Tuesday. During his 48-hour visit to the United States, where he is expected to plead his case for Palestinian statehood, Arafat is also scheduled to meet Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan and senior members of Congress.
