Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat plans to visit Russia next week for talks with President Boris Yeltsin and other officials about the Middle East peace process, a Palestinian official in Moscow said Tuesday. Arafat also plans to meet with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, the official said.
